Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Great Communication Skills and the ability to listen effectively to customer
• Provide World-Class service to every internal and external customer

• Ability to memorize extensions and names for 200+ people

Requirements

• Flexibility and Availability is important to determine whether or not applicants will be flexible to the store’s scheduling needs
• Reliability - Receptionists must be prompt and consistent in their performance
• Excellent Phone Manner
• Good voice tone and the ability to articulate on the phone are vital
• Good Organizational Skills
• Experience answering multiple phone lines

Internet Pre-owned Photographer

Responsibilities:

• Highly motivated individual to photgraph our pre-owned inventory & upload online within 2 day.

Requirements:

• Must be a self starter with strong attention to detail
• Taking 25+ photos of our pre-owned inventory
• Printing window stickers and buyers guides
• Creating and placing hang tags & reporting vehicle damage
• Valid drivers license

Vehicle Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain long-term relationships with our customers
• Provide World-Class service to every internal and external customer
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of all vehicle makes and models
• Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)
• Maintain effective communication channels with the Sales Manager and Finance Manager(s) to ensure that individual and department goals are met

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience and desire for performance growth
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Understanding of manufacturer’s specifications
• Familiarity with automotive financing preferred
• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude

Finance Producer

Responsibilities:

• Build long-term, professional relationships with our customers
• Educate customers on financing options for their vehicle purchase/lease
• Sell vehicle products and services
• Maintain effective communication channels with the sales department
• Protect our customers and our company by complying with all policies/procedures
• Conduct thorough follow-up with colleagues, management, and clients
• Maintain complete and organized customer files
• Maintain a top level of performance in sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in Automotive Sales and/or Automotive Finance
• History of top performance in sales and/or finance roles
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Strong attention to detail

Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Build long-term, professional relationships with our customers
• Educate customers on the repair or maintenance options relevant to their vehicle
• Write thorough Repair Orders
• Conduct effective and prompt follow up with every customer
• Facilitate the communication channels between technicians and customers
• Provide personalized, accommodating, World-Class service to every customer
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and management to accomplish individual and team goals

Requirements:

• Experience as a service advisor at a high-line automotive dealership
• History for top performance in sales and customer satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent follow up skills
• Strong attention to detail

• Understanding of Manufacturer’s specifications

Detailer/Car Wash

Responsibilities:

• Overall preparation of our vehicles for customer pick-up
• Cleaning, protecting, and preserving car interiors and exteriors
• Cleaning engine compartments
• Maintaining dealership quality standards

Requirements:

• Ability to follow manufacturer’s requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license

Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Routine inspections
• System diagnostics
• Full automotive troubleshooting and testing
• Building upon your knowledge of industry-standard tools and equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician (ASE certification preferred)
• Solid mechanical skills
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
